Schürmann, 2004 S.21ff.). Die externe Öffentlichkeitsarbeit hingegen ist hauptsächlich das organisieren und aufbauen mit Netzwerken (vgl. Schürmann, 2004 S.63)
Weiter haben wir die Adressaten mit eingebunden und etwas mehr differenziert betrachtet.
Da die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit viele verschiedene Aufgaben, Funktionen und Ziele umfasst, haben wir an dieser Stelle die wichtigsten aufgeführt, da es sonst den Rahmen sprengen würde.
